Return & Exchange Policy

At Comfortable Furniture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting each piece, and we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided

Please note:

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

2. Exchanges

We allow exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that:

  • Arrived damaged or defective

  • Were sent in error (wrong item, color, or size)

To process an exchange, please contact our customer service team with a photo of the issue and your order number.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items
